🧠 Brain Candy #76
Monday, March 16, 2026
7–9PM
Green Brain Comics
Brain Candy returns for another curated evening of live, original work — a focused arts showcase highlighting writers, musicians, and visual artists in a setting designed to give the work the attention it deserves.
Brain Candy is co-produced by the Dan E. Wickett Legacy Committee, the Brain Candy Network, and Green Brain Comics, continuing a shared commitment to supporting and elevating creative voices in our community.
What You’ll Experience
Brain Candy is not an open mic, not a panel, and not an interactive workshop. It is a curated performance night — structured, intentional, and centered on the art itself.
Each event features a thoughtfully assembled lineup of creators presenting original work across disciplines:
Prose & Short Fiction – Authors reading original pieces.
Poetry – Contemporary voices sharing crafted, resonant work.
Music – Live performances ranging from intimate to atmospheric.
Visual Art – A featured visual artist exhibiting their work, along with a brief Q&A discussing process and inspiration.
The evening moves across mediums while maintaining a cohesive rhythm, allowing each artist their space and spotlight.
The Atmosphere
Brain Candy is attentive and art-forward. It’s an evening for listening, observing, and experiencing creative work without distraction. The focus stays on the craft, the presentation, and the shared experience of being in the room.
Admission is free and open to the public.
Join us Monday, March 16 from 7–9PM and experience another night of Brain Candy.
Brain Candy is free to attend, with support for the artists encouraged, and is organized with help from the Daniel E. Wickett Legacy Committee, honoring the enduring influence of co-creator Dan Wickett and his commitment to building meaningful literary community.
