Events like this remind us that storytelling doesn’t belong to just one medium. Comics, film, animation—it’s all part of the same creative ecosystem, and it’s something special to see it thriving right here in Detroit.

Our next Drink & Draw lands this Friday, April 10 at Downey Brewing Company.
This is one of our favorite community hangouts—a low-pressure, high-creativity space where artists of all skill levels can sketch, experiment, and share ideas. Bring your tools, grab some takeout, and settle in for a night of making things with good people.
